We hope you have all enjoyed your summer vacation! As the new school year approaches, we’d like to kick it off by showcasing all we have to offer here at Submission Concepts. Join us Saturday, August 13th at 11am for a Family Fun Day Open House! Here you will be able to learn and try techniques from each of the martial arts we offer. We would love for this event to be interactive, so if you’ve been interested, this is your opportunity to try it out yourself!
There will be food and drinks, prizes, games, a meet the coaches interlude, crafts for kids while the adult portion is running, an ice bath for post session, and finally a flow jam opportunity for you to play with all the tools we have over on the Your Fitness 365 side.
We will be giving away raffle prizes, including referral prizes for the member(s) who brings the most friends and family that day, and also for the member(s) with the most referrals to sign up. We will have prizes from our local community partners such as Primal Juice & Smoothies, Sheath Underwear, Transcend Health Spa, Gift Baskets, and In-House prizes from Your Fitness 365 & Submission Concepts!
